For many years I lived with the discomfort of IBS, bloating, digestive issues and a constant fatigue that seemed to overshadow my days—from my time at university to the early years of settling in the UK. After countless attempts and solutions that never truly worked, I realised that real healing begins when we look deeper, at the root cause. It was from there that my health—and my energy—finally began to transform.

Personal Story

For many years I lived with the discomfort of IBS, bloating, digestive issues and a constant fatigue —from my time at university to the early years of settling in the UK. I searched for answers in countless appointments, tests, and “quick-fix” supplements, but nothing truly changed.

In time, I turned to science with curiosity and determination—studying nutrition, gut health, and the delicate balance of our hormones. Step by step, I began to uncover the root causes of what was happening in my body. That discovery not only restored my health and energy, but also revealed a deeper purpose.

Today, this journey has become my purpose: to support others in finding their own lasting solution and balance through personalised nutrition and gentle, sustainable lifestyle choices.

Formal Training

I hold a PhD in Neuroscience and a Master’s Degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology, supported by advanced postgraduate studies in Functional Nutrition, Nutrigenomics, Nutraceuticals, and Lifestyle Medicine.

I’m a Certified Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHN) and a HeartMath® Certified Practitioner, specialising in functional gentle and intuitive nutrition, stress management, hormonal imbalances, and self-regulation techniques.

My training also includes courses in ketogenic diets, gut health, thyroid management, and fertility nutrition. With over a decade of clinical and research experience in chronic diseases, I’ve developed evidence-based strategies that combine modern science with holistic health principles.
